: Had no hot water for the first two nights (stayed at the end of December, weather was -3C)! Had no wifi for 2 nights in the middle of our trip. Customer service did not care, did not even apologize, and would not refund any of our money for our troubles. They were slow to fix the problems. Wifi went out because they forgot to pay their bill... Pictures in posting are inaccurate-the apartment is old and unrenovated. Cracks in wall and ceilings. Bed in the bedroom without a tv sloped inwards. Was incredibly dirty under the sheets. Can feel the bedsprings. Carpeting was dirty-needs to be replaced. The bathroom was old and unrenovated, particularly under the tub. I do not recommend this place at all, especially if you do not speak fluent Russian.

: definitely the best there is the location .. if you are a tourist you will not find better than that
: - they charge us additional money because we wanted to leave early in the morning so they punished u to pay additional charge to come and pick up the key - if you have luggage you have to go one floor to the elevator ,. plus the lift is too small. - bathroom sink not working - bathroom is small - overall condition is just average - no amenities in bathroom

: Very little. The weird Egyptian decor in the kitchen was hilarious. Mirrors on every wall made it easy to see what people were doing in the other room. The terrifying lift that only starts once you get to the first floor. We stayed in another place in St Petersburg for the same price and it was infinitely better then this run down trap. Sad thing is that with a little work for its position it could be great. Until then I wouldn't bother.
: The lift only starts on the first floor. When the person with the keys let me in there was washing hanging up in the room from the previous guests, and there was more in the washing machine, which she also hung up while I waited. Waited for her to fill out and sign a full tenancy contract? There was no toilet paper. Aircon only in the one room so to cool the whole place you leave all the doors open, so there's no privacy and with weirdly positioned mirrors you can see what the people are doing in the next room. =) Couldn't figure out how to turn the oven on, maybe instructions would've been nice. The basin in the minuscule toilet doesn't work so you need to wash your hands in the shower bathroom. The shower/bath doesn't heat unless you put it on full blast.
