  : The flat is a nice and cosy, clean and quite spacious. There was everything necessary for the stay in the flat. Location is amazing - right in the heart of Moscow - plenty of restaurants, theatres, shops, underground stations walking distance away. Host Boris is great, friendly and very easy to communicate with, responses very quickly to all questions and requests. Overall, I am very pleased with this flat and the host and would absolutely stay there again.

  : If you enjoy walking (as we do) then you can explore all of central Moscow from this location we came across concert halls, art galleries, ancient churches, many good dining places, parks and ponds and bars and pubs. This location could not be bettered! The host Boris speaks perfect English and responds quickly to any request for help or information, a very nice fellow.
  : We had problem with the hot water supply. The apartment building is large and is supplied with hot water from a central boiler. The water had to be run for aproximately 10 -15 minutes before any hot water arrived in the kitchen or the bathroom. When the boiler was shut down for spring maintenance there was no hot water - but only briefly as Boris turned on a self contained hot water service in the apartment- which supplied a better service than the central boiler.

  : The location was amazing. We wanted to be in Moscow for New Years Eve and they turn the whole street into a New Years festival for 3 days. A couple of minutes walk from the Metro and ~10 minute walk to Red Square, everything seemed just so close. The lift was also a godsend after a full days walking in the cold! For the location the property was very spacious, great shower and bathroom.
  : We selected the place for its location and discussing it with other Aussies who had rented something similar we felt it was a symptom of the location not necessarily the individual properties. However, the kitchen is tired, perfectly functional but tired. Also this will sound odd when it was mid-winter but the place got too hot. We're from Perth so we can usually deal with hot nights, but topping out at 26degC it was often uncomfortable to sleep at night. We found we had to use the top opening windows to let the heat out before bedtime. None of this would stop us choosing the place again though as the location _really_ was superb.

  : Perfect location, the host very helpful and cooperative, appartment rather modest but providing everything necessary, good WiFi, TV, toiletries etc. It was a pleasant stay.

  : The hosts were nice and attentive. The apartment is located between Okhotny Ryad and Tverskaya metro stations, which is probably one of the best locations in Moscow. Complimentary morozheney (ice cream) was provided in the freezer. The kitchen was well-stocked. Check-in and check-out was easy. The apartment is just off Tverskaya street, so it is a bit quieter than apartments that face the street. Nice view from the northeastern window and balcony.
  : The stove-top is very old and does not have working igniters. This means you need to use a lighter to light the stove burners. Be careful doing this and put the overhead fan hood on.
