  : Location was great!
  : Staff wasn’t great! They gave 2 beds in a 8 bed dormitory and later asked us to move out to a less facility room without any refund ,we actually paid for a high end dormitory. We were of 2 groups the 2 beds were for girls and the reason they asked them to move out of the 8 bed high end dormitory was that few Russian boys would come to this dormitory and that would disturb the girls but the dormitory was vacant until we checked out of that hostel. They literally forced us to move out of that high end dormitory which we payed for to a cheaper dormitory without any refund. We live and study in Russia but the way they forced us to move out of that dormitory was so manipulative we were left out with no options other than listening to the care taker of that hostel. As it was new year vacations we couldn’t find any alternatives and we had to listen to them even after paying them full amount. I wouldn’t personally recommend this hostel especially if you’re not a russian!! Rooms were clean though but few of my friends complained about bedbugs.

  : They gave us a room in the beginning and asked to move to a different room which had very less facilities nd was very small nd uncomfortable. They cudnt even provide proper bed for 4 people in the room. Very irresponsible. NOT WORTH THE MONEY..

  : -Room size was big enough-Toilets were clean-Has a shared kitchen where you can cook anytime-Accepted my request for vegetarian food for my friend-Location is 5 minutes walk near to Trubnaya metro.-Location mentioned on Google map is accurate. You have to call or press the bell and someone will respond. That's how it is in Russia.
  : -Expects guest to wash the dishes after breakfast! This is first time I'm seeing in any hostel!-Rude and yell at you if you don't Immediately clean after cooking! This happened with me! She came to my room knocking and yelling 'Clear Clear' I got worried what she mean by it! I followed her to kitchen and she asked to clean up the induction plates..I tried to explain we haven't finished yet so I'll clean it up after cooking the rest but no! she didn't understood. 'Clear Clear' also means 'Get out' in English and I got worried for moment. That's very rude for a host to yell for such a small thing. Please if you don't know English better do not use the wrong words! She could've asked me nicely!I saw unwashed plates on sink but I didn't saw her shouting at her long term tenants!-Hostel has many long term tenants then guests..so she gives them more priority then guests. I took a hair dryer and within 5 minutes she came knocking in my room asking me to return it and gave it to her tenant (who was just standing beside her) and offered me to use the smaller one (which was pretty useless). This was very rude!- Shower downstairs don't have any place to keep soap/shampoo.- We stayed 4 nights but no change of bed sheets or towels. No toiletries

  : very bad toilette and the staffs doesn't speak English. They lost 3 of my shirts in laundry.
