  : First of all, when we went there the staff at the reception was very rude to us. Made us wait for 1 whole hour. We had some problems with our registration but ofcourse we have been to other hotels as well. But we have never been treated like this. The staff at the reception was very impolite and rude. After an hour of waiting she let us go to our room. And then we came to know that the heaters in our room wasnt working. For one night 3150 rubles was such a waste for a room like this. The room came with free breakfast, but the breakfast buffet had like three types of food and fresh oranges only. Would have been better if we spent it to eat from a cafe or restaurant from outside. The worst buffet ever. My suggestion for anyone who is going for this is not to go for this. Such a dissappointment and a waste of money. I went for this because it was rated 4 stars. But in real its not even close to 3 stars even. The beds had springs coming out. So uncomfortable to sleep moreover to rest even. The price itself wasnt reasonable to a place like this.
