  : The ONLY two things I liked about this "hotel" were the staff and the location. Staff were very friendly, and tried to be as helpful as possible. They even gave my mom and me their own small fan, because the room was stifling and TINY. They also hurried to install a mosquito net on the window so that we could keep the window open. So if there are any redeeming qualities about this place, it is their excellent staff.Oh, also the water pressure is very good.
  : 1. I booked this hotel for several reasons, one of which was the AIR CONDITIONING which booking.com says is in every room. There is no air conditioning. None. The whole hotel, and these are just a few rooms, is located in a semi-basement space, and air is incredibly difficult to come by. At least that was the case we were unfortunate enough to have landed in. I booked a double twin room, and as staff explained to us later, there were only 2 rooms of that kind available. One was larger, and had a "normal" window facing a different side of the building. Our room had a window whose handle I couldn't reach without standing on the bed (to open it), and which wasn't helpful in getting air in due to the aforementioned semi-basement situation. The lack of air conditioning in the quite warm Moscow summer is unacceptable. Staff explained that as they'd just opened, they didn't have time to install air conditioning yet. In my opinion, a hotel should NOT be operating unless it has all the stated amenities in place. Again, staff apologized, and I don't even blame them - it's the owner of this place that should be blamed for deceiving guests.2. The one of two twin rooms we stayed in was TINY. The door is located right across the reception desk, and to illustrate how close the door is - you can't stand between the desk and the door when it's open - you have to move out of the way in order to open the door. We were able to get the suitcases IN the room, but there was LITERALLY no space to open suitcases on the floor. I had to put the suitcase on the bed in order to open it and get anything out of it. The lady at the reception desk offered to move us to a different, slightly bigger twin room, but we were only there for 2 nights, and as the bigger room wouldn't even be available until the 2nd day of our stay there, it didn't make sense, and we ended up sleeping in the tiny room for 2 nights.3.
