  : Location, close to the Red Square. Breakfast was great!
  : Bad service. Only three night stay, but a lot of problems. Door between our room and the room of our neighbours was not closed. You could easily go into the room of other guests. The sink in the bathroom started to leak. It should have been fixed when we came back, but it still leaked. That day our room was not cleaned. No towels left because we used the towels to dry the bathroom. The friendly staff offered us another room, but no compensation, upgrade, whatsoever. The smell in the other room was bad. It came from the bath, so I decided to put the plug into the drain. It got stuck. While showering the water didn’t go away. We decided to leave it that way. Next morning we left but the staff told us that they forgot to charge is almost 100 EUR. In short, bad service and cleaning. Not worth the four stars. Only two.
