  : It’s was really clean and comfy inside the apartment, the view was really nice. The beds were soft and clean too and the apartment has thick walls so we slept peacefully.
  : The halls and the elevators smelled a little bit (either rustic or food or something else), the staff didn’t speak English at all (at least the people that where in the lobby) and when we arrived we had to go to three different lobby’s (while carrying our luggage at -10 Celsius) to find ours. Also I thought that our apartment had a balcony because I smoke myself and it didn’t.

  : The house is placed very closed to the metro station. The flat is fantastic. It seems to be new renovated. Very high quality of materials and all equipments. I like the classic design of this flat very much. It is obvious, that a good designer worked on the renovation of this flat. Next times I would be very glad to stay here again. Feel me like at home.

  : Ignoring guests issuesLooting guests in the name of mini bar (water small bottle costed 200) Front main door won’t close or lock Windows won’t close fully, water seeped in from windows when it rained. Heater won’t work even after their technician visit. Surprise guests will come to yell at you.

  : Apartment has two bedrooms and is located in a beautiful historical building in the center of Moscow near subway station, zoo and a shop. Managers are friendly. Apartment has OK enough renovation in two bedrooms.
  : We found an unused syringe with a substance inside. There are cocroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. There was no air conditioning in our apartment, there was only one fan for 2 bedrooms. It was very hot inside but the staff rejected our request to have a second fan in another bedroom. The apartment renovation is the worst we have ever seen in our life, with polyurethane foam in all the cracks, cheap plastic panels on the walls, and some damages on the walls. There are some non-hiddem electrical wires, some furniture is crumbling.

  : Position is absolutely fabulous, right next to the American Embassy and literally 5 mins walk to Arbat district.Facility is very large and hospitable, with 2 cozy bedrooms, fully-furnished kitchen and spacious living room.Will definitely come back!
  : Perhaps 1 bathroom is too few in proportion to the rooms
