  : Everything, the property is absolutely disgusting, this is not a hotel and is falsely advertised. It is a hostel and a scam and the photos shown have no resemblance to the property. The manager actually sleeps in a bed in the reception desk !!!?? It is a unit on the top floor of a building shared with offices and a shop. We waited on the freezing street for 20 minutes before they opened the door for us because the manager was asleep. There is no lift or assistance and my elderly mum had to walk all the way up, while we had to make numerous trips to carry suitcases.The manager is very rude and swore at my wife - we were completely shocked by what we experienced and just walked out before we even realised what had happened. The manager was provoking us because we complained about the state of the property- and she was pushing us to leave which we did. We therefore never took any photos and Booking.com will not refund us for this awful experience ?? I cannot believe that this allowed.Do not travel to this awful place and book elsewhere!! Again it is not a 3 star hotel as advertised, everything is dirty and nothing like the false photos shown on their page.I will certainly think again about using booking.com in future as they provide no support to travellers and only to scam hotels

  : The staff were very kind and helpful.
  : We were 3. There were not 3 beds. There were 1 double bed and an armchair which can turn into a couch. If I knew that I wouldn’t reserve this hotel. The photos of the room were different.

  : Location is just perfect! room is clean with a comfortable bed, bathroom is well equipped and nicely maintained.
  : Noise from the club in the night. almost impossible to sleep, if your window faces the street. breakfast is more than moderate (pic included)

  : The lady at the desk was exceptional! She was helpful with my every need, and took really good care of me. The room was clean and the shower was fantastic!
  : It was a very small hotel, and a little hard to find since it was part of a larger building, but overall it was a great value and the staff was really friendly.
