  : The room was clean.
  : I arrived at the destination and wait more than 30 minutes I don't know where is the entrance of hotel, then call the hotel nobody can speak English and no one help me. Also there is nothing to know the entrance of hotel.

  : Two adults and one child 12 y.o. were staying in triple room. Room along with its bathroom is relatively big, proper two nice beds (double and single), room is all equipped in modern style, interior is great and overall it is more than fare for the price paid; however all positive expressions were repressed by the cleanliness of the room.
  : It might be the single case, but want to outline - at the time we moved in around 6 p.m. the room was prepared, clean sheets and towels were placed into the room; however the rest - floors, carpet, table, all other surfaces were so much in dirt, crumbles, dust that there was a feeling of room not being cleaned for ages. To be fare must to say that next day after pointing out to administrator the problem with cleanliness of the room, by the time we came back at evening all was clean and tidy.
