  : Near Metro station.
  : Hotel for "a few hours". Terribly small bathroom. They bring breakfast to the room. Breakfast - one egg, two toasts with cheese and butter and yogurt. Plus coffee.

  : The staff is absoluteltly incompetent, the service is the worstest I have ever expirienced. Personnel has ignored my requests, and for check out has not provided any documents because they just was not at the working place when I was leaving.

  : The location is good. Nearby the metro.The luggages can be kept for the early check out.
  : The hotel name was shown in only Russian language at sign board so it is difficult to find where the hotel is. (Though the hotel is on the road side.)The staff can speak English a bit so it is quite hard to communicate especially by telephone.No visa registration for foreigner who stay more than 7 working days.(Although we tried to ask them but they could not understand.

  : The room and the bathroom were spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is included and is served in the room. Although it's quite basic (toast, eggs, yogurt and coffee/tea), it's more than enough for you to start your day properly (: The location is very good, it's a five minute walk to the metro station and within a 300m radius you can find a grocery store, a pharmacy and cafés.
  : The staff doesn't speak English, which can be a hassle. When we arrived, the lady who received us insisted that we hadn't paid for the stay, although I showed her my credit card statement and the app of booking.com in Russian proving that my card had already been charged. Since we were barely communicating even with the help of google translator, I paid for the stay again. When I left the hotel I contacted booking.com and got the money of the second payment back. However, what would have happened if I hadn't had credit limit? I believe that the lady was just confused and didn't have any malicious intent, but whoever is responsible for the hotel needs to align these procedures with the staff.
