  : Very good polite staffs , staffs and Management supports as well and for travel information also perfect I love this property neaty clean adjacent to metro easy to access shopping etc if you want go to red Square, fly bridge, cathedral etc its easy from petro Ryazanskiy Pospekt to Kittay Gorod 25 min travel this property is in adjacent to Ryazanskiy Pospekt metro also one station away veikhino Station their you found city centre for all your shopping needs truly value for money and i thankful to booking.com for finding a stay for me

  : This is our third time staying in this hotel and we still like it even though there are a few hiccups here and there.Most staff are friendly. One of the staff even offered us tea and sweets knowing it was a cold weather for us. The security guards are also nice. The cleaners are friendly too. The hotel is near to the subway. Even though it is not at the city centre, it was still good for us as we can still travel by subway or cab.
  : The hotel used to provide portable drinking water but not anymore. It could be nice if they give advance notice to the guests on the change. One of the receptionist is new and when we told her our booking confirmation number she said it is the wrong hotel. It's pretty ridiculous. Luckily her colleagues recognize us and helped out. One of our rooms were not ready when we get there. We have to wait for it to be clean. Also, this time, there is no bidet in the toilet.
