  : Nothing much. The bed was clean, at least.
  : Absolutely not soundproof. I could hear the other room's guest talking over the phone all day long. Then she set her iPhone alarm at 5:30 AM and snoozed the entire morning. I could hear literally everything from the other room, so if you want to risk your sleep, then welcome here.The location may be great in terms of accessibility to other places. But the location completely sucks if you want to have a delivery done to the hotel. There are no signs, so I didn't even risk getting breakfast delivered by a courier.

  : Nice, clean and well designed rooms. On a very nice spot of the center, near the Red Square.
  : 1. It was supposed to offer transport from & to the airport. That's a lie.2. The room was supposed to have a small microwave oven. There's only one common oven for all rooms.3. It's supposed to have a 24 hours reception. The truth is that during the night, the reception staff is constantly taking a "15 minutes break" and you have to call them on their mobile phone if needed to come!4. The WiFi has the speed of a turtle!

  : The room was cleaned every day. It is central to a metro and railway station as well as walking distance to a local supermarket.
  : The hotel staff has messed up my booking and put me in a wrong room first. After a big effort to get the luggage to the third floor to establish it is not what is booked. The hotel staff did not care and after a while offer another room, this time with a bathroom. Again they do nothing to assist and the luggage is to be taken to another building. Luckily there was not stairs this time. Walls are thin and other visitors are sometimes loud. The central heating system was not working despite snow outside and have to request a heater. On arrival in the room, it was clear that the carpet was not cleaned after the previous visitors left. Their food debris was still all over the carpet. At that stage I was too tired to speak to the hotel staff again.
