  : The hotel is located in the north wing of the large, well-known building complex Hotel Raddisson Ukraina Moscow.It is an independent small hotel with around 25 rooms on one floor.+ The reception is manned 24/7.+ The staff are very friendly, fluent and helpful.+ Western guests are welcome, English is spoken well enough.The breakfast is plentiful and varied. It is lovingly prepared.Card payments and WiFi are up to date.Current SARS-CoV-19 regulations have been complied with.
  : - The hotel is hard to find. As with many small Russian hotels, access is only via the backyard.The signage is very small. It's hard to find. The hotel is particularly difficult to find in the dark.- The hotel does not have an elevator!All entrances are via stairs or steps.The rooms are on the 2nd floor.It is a mezzanine floor with only small windows that are only a quarter of the height of the room.- The sewer system in the bathroom has no odor traps. It stinks of sewage.The breakfast room is in the basement, without windows and escape routes, has no fixtures and is poorly ventilated.

  : The staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice. The hotel is a historic property in a cool location on the river in one of the famous Stalin-era buildings called the Seven Sisters. Beds were comfortable.
  : The hotel fully acknowledges this and provides ear plugs, but because the property is historic, they can’t soundproof the walls. It didn’t bother us, but for those who are sensitive to sound, hearing other guests could be a bit annoying. To be fair, it’s in a quiet location so you don’t hear anything from the street.

  : The only negative feedback is noise isolation, which is terrible (( you can clearly hear what happens in the next door.

  : The room had a decent bed and a Nespresso machine (with generic pods) which was quite useful. The housekeeper was also very sweet, even though we couldn't understand much of each other.
  : The main issue is the noise, which is incessant and comes from all sides. I was woken up several times during my stay. The hotel claims to be aware of this and say there is nothing they can to improve it, so they offers earplugs instead. But the truth is that there is definitely more that can be done like making sure there are no spaces under the doors (see attached image) and properly controlling rowdy/drunk guests in the corridors. The shower door also didn't reach the floor which creates an absolute mess every time you shower. The wifi didn't work for me so had to use a "staff" one which disconnected regularly from my phone and was just about good enough to have a Teams audio only call. Video calls were too much for it. While the bed was ok, the pillows were absolutely awful and of very low quality. The main picture of the hotel makes it seem you are staying in what is actually the Radisson, when in fact this is a small worn down hotel on the inner courtyard wing of that building (See picture) which just faces a road/parking lot. Having stayed some days in a different hotel in the area with a similar price, I'd say this is definitely not good value for money.

  : Location right next to radisson collection for a fraction of the price Room was clean and breakfast was good Staff were helpful
  : Only thing is that room had no view , window was above fold but other than that it’s ok for a short stay
