  : The only good thing about the property was the proximity to the Gorge and the lake but the staff was never available to rent us the kayaks or paddle boards as advertised so we just jumped in ourselves. Pretty disappointing that during the day there was never anyone in the office. I rang the bell multiple times a day to try to rent a kayak and was never able to locate a staff member.
  : I booked a double room with 2 beds. When we arrived we were given a king bed only. I pointed this out to the office staff. They spent about 20 minutes on the phone (it was very late and we were exhausted). After some time another employee (maybe an owner) arrived in a car. He proceeded to tell me that I was wrong on the reservation but I had it in front of me and kept showing it to him. He finally just said they were out of double rooms but at no point acknowledged it was their error. The room was dingy. There were cigarette burns on most of the bedding. It was pretty awful overall.

  : Room was dirty had dust on shelves, room and property did not look as advertised, landscaping was over growing stairs to water was very unsafe not to code !!!!

  : Unsecured wifi. I think the property owner should get wifi. I think the owners should buy wifi for the customers that are secure. They must have a cell phone they use for a hot spot, you can't get a signal and it's an unsecured line that drops the internet.

  : The manager saw that I was wearing a medical boot and offered to change our room to one on the ground floor for no additional cost. Everything was very clean and I was surprised by how many cars were there since we didn't hear a sound from anyone all night.

  : I liked that it was on the lake with a few docks.
  : Staff was not very friendly. The area seemed a little sketchy. Definitely needs a remodel but the room was clean enough.

  : The docks on the lake are a lovely spot to hang out. This place is cute- like a time capsule from 50 years ago. The people that work there are lovely.

  : The room was initially clean and clean after they started cleaning daily. The view is very nice. you are close to the freeway. The grounds are well kept.
  : They didn't clean my room after 2 nights. The second day of not cleaning I went down and they said they don't clean them unless you ask. I found that absurd. After that they cleaned daily. The pool is non functional and there is no food on site. They scanned my ID as well as my Credit card. If I had known they were going to do that I would not have stayed there. This is an insane practice and should be banned due to possible theft.
