  : The staff was above my expectations! Although the building was a bit in disarray. I understand that are soon to be remodeling. I feel that maintenance guy, Michael went out of his way to help and be kind. Patricia, Zaphara?, Sabrina and the young lady with the long braids setting up breakfast more than made up for the any wallpaper malfunctions or ice machine failures. Actually, every member of the staff smiled and greeted me everytime I approached them. Holding doors, helping me with my bags, pushing my friends wheelchair for me to help me catch the elevator, on and on. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Bravo!
  : The door handle on the handicap suite was very hard to open and I am not handicap, my friend is. The toilets were extremely low in the ordinary rooms. The hoyer-lift wasn't working at the pool and my friend was looking forward to swimming but, couldn't. Other small things that will be remedied after the remodel.

  : I liked the comfortable beds, breakfast, and roomy space.
  : The room and hallway REAKED of cigarettes and we just got home today and my car and everything we brought with us smells like cigarettes which is gross for a person who has never smoked a day in their life. My boyfriend and I have had trouble breathing ever since our stay

  : The location of the property is close to the interstate and gas stations/restaurants, which I liked.
  : When I got to my room, I noticed prints/smudges on many surfaces (headboard, fridge, microwave, etc) leading me to believe they were not wiped down prior to my stay. Also, when I went to use the restroom, the toilet seat was up, but there was dried urine in multiple areas under the seat (again, leading me to believe it had not been cleaned). I had to purchase my own disinfecting products to feel comfortable during my stay. Not happy with my experience.

  : I like the location of the hotel. The little time in spent there was ok. It sufficed for my visit.
  : I think its time for them to update their mattresses. The mattress doesnt meet the standard of the Hilton brand. One of the nice things about Hilton is the digital key. But their system never seems to work.
