  : They advertise a hot tub they don't have one to much chlorine in pool bath tub dirty beds were horrible mattresses out in hallway staff over charged what I signed for it was 117.59 but they charged my card 134.89 staff was not friendly

  : Had to make a quick change in our travel plans and thankfully this hotel was available and not far from our scheduled activities. The next nearest hotels are much closer to Cincinnati. The price was great, and the location ended up being a plus for some future travel we were doing. Once we figured out the WiFi, that was fast and reliable. Room was quiet due to the only other patrons being road workers who only used the hotel for sleep, and the family slept well and comfortably thanks to the air conditioning, which is what we needed. Very close to DQ, Taco Bell, McDonalds, and a few others chains for food.
  : The "breakfast" was pitiful - we ended up going to McDonald's close by each day for breakfast because of how much of a letdown the free breakfast was. Even the coffee wasn't great. The pool area looked gross, dark, and dingy and there was no hot tub, even though the pictures on Google from several years ago show one. We ended up not using the pool at all. We got a room on the second floor and was offered a cart for our bags, but there is no elevator - so cart didn't do us any good. The door to our room didn't close without being pushed and was loose in the latch, so it would rattle at night. It looked like the door may have been pried open with a crowbar at one point (comforting thought). The WiFi was a bit odd to figure out and not intuitive (and I work full-time in IT support). The TV was small and didn't work at first, I had to restart the cable box to get it to be responsive to the remote. The hotel looks like it's in a very slow process of being renovated, so the room was clean enough, though the bedding still showed some stains. I got the impression this hotel is under private ownership by someone whose knowledge of operating a hotel comes from having stayed in hotels. As it's the only option in the area, they have a good market and the price is right - but little improvements and renovations could make this an A+ option.
