  : Was very unhappy with the location of my room and the people that were next-door to my room who were being loud (TV and children). Approached front desk for a different room and was told it wasn’t going to happen. When I asked why they stated they were full and they could not accommodate me. I could get a full refund, or go back to my room. no apologies from her or willing to look at the computer to see what could be done. Just stood there and stared at me. I told her I wanted the refund and I left

  : Only had coffee certain days, hallways were dark and not vacuumed. Office staff was not always present half the times. Breakfast was the same thing everyday. Pool towels weren't available at the pool area some days.

  : TONS of things were wrong EXCEPT the beds. They were awesome and the pillows also.
  : Desk staff were not very friendly nor helpful. One who was working the 2nd day of our stay Sat. June 1). Condensing, dressed extremely unprofessional, and a bad attitude. We saw 4 staff at the desk over our stay: 2 were fine, and 2 were not. We are not use to this type of treatment. I did not see nor was I told who the staff were.Our room looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned nor even stayed in for quite a while.Microwave did not work at first. Then my husband fiddled with it and it began working the 2nd day.The "alarm" that was on the bedside table DID NOT WORK at all. Took it to front desk.Sliding bathroom door (very heavy, old looking) was extremely hard to slide to get into the bathroom. We are in our 70s, not weaklings but it was still hard to get it open and more difficult to get it shut. My husband again was trying to get it to work properly, he noticed that the right side of the door when trying it open it, was actually digging into the tile in the entrance way to the room. At the top of the sliding door the rod/pole it was sliding on was very loose and seemed to be unstable.Light switch in bathroom seemed to be not fitting properly. The more we used it, by the time we checked out, it was almost popping out of the socket.The electric panel in between the beds would not always work. When we plugged in electrical charger, or a sound machine it would work for a few minutes or so, then suddenly stop. Also the light switch that was on this panel. You would turn it on for a light by the bed, then it would go off.In the bathroom electrical outlets, they too seemed to not be working properly nor installed correctly.While trying to charge our phones, the "brick" of our power cords became so hot to the touch, it was hard to get them out of the wall sockets. Sounds dangerous to us.Checking in, they would not give us the room floor we had requested back in Feb. Something about 3rd party booking.

  : Room was comfy - convenient to where we were going in that area. Breakfast was decent.
  : Ice machine out of order. TV reception was horrible for entire stay - reported to front desk - type of problem was most likely master antenna, not just our room
