  : The location was great if you wanted to be near the airport. Comfy beds
  : We stayed for 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned the whole time. The staff were not very knowledgeable about how to get into the city or what to do when we were in there, often felt like when we went to reception that we were bothering them and they weren't there to help. The room service was out of order as they had some annual upgrades that were happening which was understandable. When we went to use the pool the lock broke on the door and no one could fix it so we couldn't use the pool. When we checked out we had an unexplained $80 charge to our credit card and because we were not provided with an email address to ask about it and the phone number we were provided with wouldnt connect( this could be cause we were overseas) we still dont know what it was for. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

  : The guest services desk person in the morning of the January 15th was the best I have ever experienced as I was checking out. There is a rare type of people, who go to with with an agenda to make other people's lives better. The hotel is lucky to have him
  : The one thing that caught me off guard was that the shuttle was running not even each an hour and I had to take Uber to the airport and in the snowy weather I paid $26 before tip for a short ride to the airport.
