  : Staff are great and really want to take care of you. They do the best they can for what they are given by the owners who are building a new inn a block away.
  : Not finished with renovations so not all rooms have the updates. Owners are dividing the time between building a new inn and getting the Cactus Reno completed.

  : Most everything was ok
  : Hung room service sign out and came back with no cleaning done. Lady was right outside just getting started when we left for the day. Was very disappointed to come back and still see 2 days of towels still on the floor, and when we walked around the room barefoot, we walked on gritty floors. Needs a rug inside or outside door to wipe shoes. Mattresses need upgrades, couldn't sleep as felt like we're right on the springs. Bathroom door needs fixing as it's so tight you couldn't hardly close it.
