  : Why is the toilet separate from the bathroom with no sink - how unhygienic! Poor hygiene facilities in the room - toilet is separated from the bathroom with a door but no washing facilities so you are handling doors without washing your hands to get to the main bathroom - how unhealthy and disgusting! The male receptionist was on his phone on a personal call and asked us to wait whilst he finished before we could check-in. Also gave us the wrong times for breakfast which was crucial as we had an early start the next morning. Breakfast was awful! Anaemic scrambled eggs and frankfurters, stone cold pastries, pancakes that were tasteless and hard around the edges. Nothing for dietary restrictions: my partner asked for oat and or soya milk in French and English as she has a nut allergy and there was only normal milk and almond milk on display. The kitchen lady didnt understand and asked the same rude receptionist we had encountered earlier. He was extremely rude and disrespectful in response saying thats all they had and upset my partner. She tried the kiwi as something to eat before travelling but they were tasteless and not ripe to eat. Horrendous behaviour from the staff.
