  : I had the absolute misfortune of staying at this hotel for four nights (in the end it was 3 nights because we cut our losses and checked out early) and it was an experience from hell. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was a disaster. First and foremost, the staff were unbelievably rude. One even admitted that it’s an awful hotel. Imagine paying good money to stay somewhere and being told by the staff that they know it’s terrible! The receptionist was particularly horrible, dismissing all our concerns with a nasty attitude. She repeatedly told everyone it wasn’t her problem and offered no help whatsoever.The shower didn’t work for our entire stay. That’s right—four nights without a working shower. Despite our constant complaints, the hotel refused to fix it or provide any assistance. This wasn’t just our room either; the entire hotel’s showers were out of order. Every guest was furious, demanding refunds or compensation, but we were all met with the same dismissive and rude response from the staff.The area around the hotel is unsafe, and the building itself is not secure. We felt uncomfortable and on edge the whole time. Security is a joke, and it’s clear they do not care about their guests’ safety.Staying here will ruin your trip. Trust me, it’s not worth the headache and frustration. Every guest we spoke to was miserable and desperate to leave. This hotel knew their showers were broken when they checked us in, yet they still took our money without a second thought. Simply put, do not stay here. Save yourself the agony and find a better place to stay. This hotel is a nightmare you don’t want to experience.

  : The bed was comfy enough. Internet was ok. Room had a working safe.
  : The hallway smelled. Not the greatest neighbourhood. Dated bathroom. Shower would go from dangerously hot to freezing cold. The free coffee machine was put of order. The reception and seating area was closed off at 11pm making the place more like a hostel, rather than a hotel. Not great value for money.
