  : location is not bad as it is close to the tram stop which is 15-20min to the city. Also there are a few food and grocery options around
  : The room we have been given was much smaller than what we booked.Reception/ telephone staff were not responsive and did not provide the correct information.No iron was available nor a breakfast at the property despite the booking details suggests both would be provided

  : the room was big. the bed a bid too soft, the pillow a bit too big and hard, but other people might love it this way. the tissue box was empty. quite noisy outside but we are used to that. it might be a problem for more noise-sensitive sleepers.
  : the hallway was dirty, walking barefoot at night to the shared bathrooms through the dirt.. uhhh. the shared bathrooms were also dirty and there was no toilet paper. one of the men's shared bathrooms' toilet was running water constantly, I think a plumber is needed. there is another small clean shared toilet at the very end of the hallway on the 2nd floor (a bit hidden). that one seemed unused and had toilet paper, but we only found it when we were leaving, so it was of no use to us. the shared shower had warm water but no soap (dispenser was emtpy). so even if you read in the description that there will be soap and toilet paper, maybe be sure to bring your own. and slippers! I also asked for the toilet paper to be refilled but never got an answer to my inquiry.

  : Good location, tidy room, comfortable bed
  : You could see straight into the shower from the top bathroom window but there were no curtains. We hung towels in front of the window so any neighbours in the surrounding apartments couldn’t see in. The man on front desk was a bit abrupt and could’ve been a lot nicer.
