  : rooms very basic not even a kettle for us to make a drink Beds and pillows were ok, but not fantastic Hotel was much further outside of Munich than we thought and took 45 mins on 2 x public transports to get into the centre

  : The design of the room was beautiful.
  : The room wasnt cleaned well, there was dust everywhere, there was rust in the shower, there was no mini fridge, no slippers, no robe.For the price of the room we expected much more and we were pretty disappointed.While half of the stuff were very nice and spoke English, the other half were rude and didnt speak English.We payed 3.7 euros for a cup of coffee and got half a cup, the price is outrageous.

I'd like to extend my sincere appreciation for the staff that checked-me in as well as the female staff that helped with various quests.Their kindness, willingness to go out of their way to help and caring nature all made the stay much more enjoyable. Loved 'farm' themed dcor and 'pretzel' stickers throughout the hotel. Efficient AC. Lots of sockets in the room
  : Multiple body hair and stain found on bathroom floor and sink area. Cigarette pack/wrappers were under the heater and left nightstand. Perfume/laundry detergent for beddings were too pungent to sleep on, quite disturbed by the strong cologne scent.. weak, slow and unstable wifi that constantly disconnect itself, had to use my own data/roaming during the entire stay.. hose didn't match showerhead that led to major leak with water splashing out of the pipe
