  : Breakfast - especially the made-to-order eggs and bacon, was great. My husband and I had stayed here 15 years ago when it was a Rick Steve's recommended stay next to Schloss Nymphenburg. While the hotel looks great outside it definitely seems to be falling on hard times and going downhill - the inside now looks like some sort of youth hostel from the 80s. I can only hope someone buys this place and renovates to reach its true potential as the only close walk-out stay to the palace in the whole city. The bathroom was clean.
  : Bed was awful, saggy, uncomfortable, hairs on the bed, (not mine), light bulbs missing from the fixtures, sad old second-hand furniture, same old squeeze soaps and shampoos locked to the wall that you'd see in trash-motels. Just an overall bedraggled and rundown feeling to the hotel. Crappy outside area/furniture. For such a historic building, it's a shame.

  : The hotel desk staff was very friendly and attempted to help make the stay more comfortable. This did not help our situation however.
  : The booking I had was for two double rooms (expecting beds that could be separated for two adults to sleep in each room) and one single room (expecting one bed for the fifth person) for a total of five adult males. Upon arriving at the hotel we were given two single rooms and one double room. This meant that two adults males had to share a single room with one full bed. There was no other rooms that the property could provide to us. Further, on the second morning when dining for breakfast the waitress took my order for scrambled eggs and then never returned to the dining room after that. I had no time to wait any further and left to find breakfast elsewhere.
