Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and costs EUR 3 per 24 hours.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 4 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Villetta Turagri in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges:

Bed linen: 12 Euros per person, per stay
Towels: 8 Euros per person, per stay

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 50 Euros per pet, per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 45 kilos.
