  : The property is updated & I really like that they have Dove products in our room instead of off brand items.
  : We stayed in room 222 and the mattress that was further away from the door had a huge dip in it and it was hard to sleep when the mattress is not comfortable. There is free breakfast but youre not allowed to take it to your room. Youre forced to eat in the breakfast area. The free breakfast was not worth it, not protein, just waffles and yogurt.

  : Nothing to speak of with this hotel.
  : This is an old hotel with little if any updates. It is not even close to a $172 value.The room did not feel clean. It felt damp and musty. I was not comfortable walking on the carpet without shoes or using the shower. The only sink was in the kitchenette. The staff was not friendly. I accidently left my jacket in the room. I called the hotel three times to see about getting it returned to me. The first call, the girl complained about the paperwork she would have to fill out to ship it to me, and the office was locked, she wasn'table to get the forms. She took my phone number to call me back but did not. The second call, the person didn't know anything about my jacket and wasn't helpful. I asked to speak with the manager, who was not available. I left my number again and received no call back. The third time I called, I was told that my jacket could not be sent to me, I would need to come pick it up. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he/she had left for the day. I left my number again. To date, I have not received a call.

  : First, when I got there the desk clerk was nice but made me wonder. Warned me that it probably wasnt clean. He wasnt wrong. Second, I placed my reservation and told them my husband was disabled. They gave us a ground floor as requested but it was in the back where there wasnt any parking. Not really disabled friendly. The room smelled musty w an overlay of strong cleaner or air freshener. I woke w a headache. It was nonrefundable or I would have complained. But then have to carry everything back and find another place. Finally when I went to get coffee and breakfast theman serving didnt speak English but made it very clear that I wasnt to take those two yogurts to my room. The only thing that wasnt made entirely of carbs. Well I wasnt going to drag my amputee husband down there for some crap yogurt. And I wasnt going to argue w him. We left without eating. PS the girl at the desk was out on her smoke break and was of no help. I was warned of the difference between staying at a hotel and motel by the guy the night before. And I can still smell that room on me.
