  : I liked that there was a code required for entry. I didn’t have to worry about a key and losing it. The smart tv was nice. The size
  : I didn’t appreciate that customer service. We tried to inform them of our problems with the room but they did not care. We call over ten times and there was no answer. We dealt with maintenance fixing the pipes under the sink and another company working on the flooding of the carpet in the living room area the first night. The carpet company took up the rug and replaced it but had dehumidifiers and fans going from Friday night to Sunday morning... this was the worst stay ever. Hosteeva didn’t offer no kind of assistance. They kept saying everything depended on the local manager and they would also call us back but never did. It was so bad. They had an attitude because we needed help and requested to be moved somewhere else.

  : Not as clean as advertised. Not a good view of beach because it was on the first level. Light in living room area didn't work. Some sheets, towels, and wash clothes appeared dirty. Lots of hair in bathroom. Stove and microwave not thoroughly cleaned. Mattress on sleeper sofa severely stained and was uncomfortable to sleep on.

  : It has two pools and lazy river and a hot tub. It was in a good location.
  : Cockroach infested. Biggest roaches I’ve ever seen in my life. I called ahead to ask if linens and towels were provided and was told yes, arrived with a group of six and there were zero bath towels.
