  : I liked that the hotel was right on the beach, the room was clean, and the room had a kitchen. I also liked that the hotel had a terrace to sit on and look out at the beach. Lastly, I liked that the staff was friendly.
  : We notified the hotel around 10am about our arrival, but still were not able to check in and get the room keys until 5pm. We understand check-in is from 3pm-5pm, but the entire check-in process was altogether confusing since this booking was not through the actual hotel but through an outside vacation rental company. The room was way too small to comfortably fit 6 people. The room smelled of cigarettes upon arrival. The air conditioning in our room was sub-par. We had to unplug it and plug it back in daily due to it shutting off randomly, leaving our room hot. There were only 2 sets of elevators in the facility, to which we had to wait for 3 or 4 elevators to even get on one. The indoor pool and jacuzzi, that we planned to use on rainy days, were dirty and closed off until the last day of our stay. The outside pools and jacuzzi were filled with sand and not cleaned or filled with more water our entire stay. The stairwells smelled of urine. The facilities ice machines (that worked) were disgusting. There were no dumpsters to throw trash away in, only trash cans that were by the elevators or in the parking deck, which were constantly overly full. The terrace was nice, but it only had 2 hammocks, to which we witnessed people sleeping on them overnight, so they were basically always unusable. Lastly, if you did not book through the actual hotel, you get none of the hotels perks such as supplied toiletries, new towels daily, the tiki bar, and the breakfast restaurant. We had to use the hotels on-site laundry facility to wash our towels daily since we were not supplied with new towels our entire stay.

  : The check in staff at the realtyOffice were great. The room was dirty and the oder was horrible. No bathroom light over sink, curtain rod on sliding door broken, receptical covers missing, mirrors all smeared, door to room poor shape.The internet was so misleading on this place.
