  : Booked this property weeks in advance. Paid in full… was called by the property management company the day of while I was on my way because “the property would not be available until September 8”. Was told I could cancel for a full refund, or choose another property off their website. I was halfway to myrtle beach when I got this call, and I had to stop and pull over to find another property. The other property we stayed in was not what I originally chose. Not sure who is at fault here, but I found this owner and property management company very unprofessional. The driftwood part of this hotel smells like asbestos and cigarettes. The pools are dirty, not maintained, missing tiles. The Sea mist and the rooms at the sea mist are not a value for your money! Stay somewhere else. Do not book with coastline beach rentals, or booking.com when searching for a place. Never had an experience so horrible that I decided to leave a whole day early. Stated there was 11 pools accessible to use, but this seems like false advertising. Many of them seem to have been filled up and made into “sun decks”. Maybe if they would have less pools the maintenance for the ones most of the guests use would be up to par.

  : I like the view and is was a great location and clean love that everything was near.
  : I didn't like that if you need more bed sheets you need to let them know 24 hours before and they charge you for extra towels. The toilet took long so the water can go and the sink too.

  : The location was great and the side view of the ocean. The bed was very comfy. Definitely had plenty of towels and washcloths. Very spacious and nice chairs on the balcony. Very clean except a beer can under the sink.
  : There was no kitchen sink but had dish soap and dish towels. The keys never worked always had to find someone or the security guard to let us in after hours. Very outdated could use some sprucing up a bit. The outside pool at our place was closed.

  : The only thing I liked was the location. It is very convenient to the beach. But that was the only thing good about this place
  : Many things in the condo where broken like the shower head, the sliding door, the coffee machine, the entry door, etc. Everything did not look clean like the sheets and blankets. The towels had stains on them. there’s no mat for the entry way so when you come home from the beach sand will be everywhere! The sweeper was no help with that because it was so old. The drain in the bathroom sink and the tub take forever to drain anything! There is no sink in the kitchen area so you have to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink. We would wash one cup and the entire sink would fill up with water and we would have to wait 5 minutes for it to drain to move on to the next dish. There was nothing to wash the dishes with besides a hand towel. There wasn’t enough paper towels or toilet paper. The sliding door was completely broken. If you wanted to go outside by the balcony you had to push from the bottom because it would get stuck and it took 2 people to help open it! The entire door at the entry it chipped apart. Also the room is right by the elevator so you can hear everyone that walks by. The carpet had so much sand and dirt so you would have stuff all over your feet. The shower curtain was moldy. This is not a good stay, would not recommend for anyone!
