  : The location of the property was good. The view was great.
  : First off I had to call the rental because we were 2 hrs out of arriving and still had not received a door code. Then after arriving the door code didn't work. After calling 3 times and telling the lady the code that I was given she said that didn't even sound like one of their coats and walk me through with a totally different code. We brought our own food for the trip to cut on costs and our groceries were right around $200 and upon cooking our first meal in the room we discovered that there was no oven and the stove was nothing but a little two burner cooktop you couldn't even fit a skillet and a pot on top. The room description that I had said that it had a stove and oven and it did not. It took 40 minutes to boil water to make spaghetti because the burners were so small I had to put the pot in between both the burners. No oven to make my garlic bread. Upon calling the rental company the next morning I was told that I was wrong about the room description so I took a picture of my confirmation with the room description highlighted it send it to them and they said that that was booking.com problem not their problem cuz they're room description said that it was just a 2-Burner cooktop well that's not the description that I had when I booked the room and yet nothing has been done about it as far as a refund or anyting very disappointing. None of the pools were heated not even the indoor pools were heated.

  : Love the amenities at the resort
  : Was stuck in the room for 4 hours because the key lock stopped working so my kid and I I couldnt go anywhere. When they finally fixed it everything had already closed.

  : I did not like housekeeping people coming into my room when I was not there. Like when I asked for more toilet paper, they came in without my consent. I did not like that at all.
