  : Had to find another place to stay. The loud music and smoke smells from adjoining units was awful. The unit itself had bad stained carpet. There is a reason its non-refundable at a cheap rate. .

  : Love this location, good area great place to stay if you have kids. Quit and relaxing at night
  : Room wasnt really clean when we checked in. It smelled in the room, the floors were nasty. There was stuff left behind by past guest like a sex toy that i found when moving the couch cushions and all my kids wanting to know what it was. Maintenance doesnt seem to keep up with things in this room either. This room really needs aome work done especially for the price that you pay for the room.

  : Apt was not clean. Ceiling fan, ac filter and baseboards covered in dust. Carpet was dirty and stained. Charged $75 cleaning fee.

  : For the most part the location was very nice and close to the beach. Like the fact it can sleep 6 people, but would be nice if the sleeping beds can improve.
  : I didn't like the fact that the carpet was very dirty upon arrival with my family. I didn't like the fact that the shower curtain liner was also dirty, in the future this can be a cloth curtain that can be washed after every guest. In addition, if the carpet can not stay cleaned,...it should be changed to something more easily to maintained like press wood flooring or stick on tile wood flooring. My daughter played a lot on the floor in the living room and it upset me very much that the extra effort can't go into shampooing the carpet for the next guest. Also, the bar stools can be fix our changed out for something different or easier to maintained. Also, the stove could be a little cleaner. Don't get me wrong it was very peaceful and quiet I enjoy the everything else. In the future the host can include information stating that the guest can not used the swimming pool, we spent about an hour going to the front desk and calling the 1800 number trying to find a pool for the kids to swim in.
