  : A few small problems with the suite. Bathroom doors didn't close well and didn't lock. Freezer leaked into the fridge.

  : Oceanfront ! The view and location is amazing.
  : 3 consecutive years; the one and only hot tub was out of order. There is no pool. Each year the cleanliness of the condo worsted and less er amenities ( no coffee, dish detergent or kitchen towels/dish clothes. etc. floors dirty, Window in master bedroom did not open, Bathrooms has mold under the faucets where water comes out, bathtubs fill with water while taking a shower, fewer towels, no detergents. IT IS FALSELY ADVERTISED AS AN RESORT & AND OVERPRICED . IT HAS BECOME NO WHERE NEAR RESORT LEVEL. 3years of wasted $$. The 2grills are old and not worthy to cook on. Balcony has fallen panels and tables inside and on balconies are very dirty.Dishwasher does not work at all. Hospitality from the ladies on the phone who now answer the call at Ocean Resort; should all be fired and replaced. Very disrespectful and do not represent the organization well at all. They are VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!

  : My main complaint is nothing much but the little trolly carts to load and unload on where rusty to the point of rubbing off on some of our items. Water didn't drain very well in one bathroom but again no big deal. Housekeeping tired to come in on us a few minutes before 9 ( check out is at 10) I had just gotten out of shower when she knocked so by the time I had made it to the door she had the door unlocked trying to come in while I just had a towel barely around me. Luckily we had the little door lock hanger thing clicked back so it blocked her from actually coming in. Other than those few things everything was very nice, clean, and comfy. We would definitely go back.
