  : The apartment needs to be completely updated, the couch is so old when you sit on it you go down so far you feel like you'r sitting on the floor, the stove should be trashed and a new one installed, TV sucks, couldn't watch any prime stations at all, needs Cable TV, the mattresses need to be thrown out and replaced with new ones (they go down into a V shape) need drapes on the bedroom window, the blinds leave a gap and if you are in bed with light on anyone walking by can see you (not good at all), the light switch for the balcony is behind the drapes on the wall and does NOT have a cover, fire waiting to happen.

  : The location was tremendous.
  : The property itself was nice. Minus the construction crews repairing different things the whole stay the building was well maintained and in a great location. The problem was the booking company, not so much booking.com which I’ve never had issues with but rather hosteeva. It was such a run around just to get confirmed and checked into our room, which we had no clue where it was other than pictures until the day of arrival. There was no staff or front desk at all. There was one very helpful housekeeper who had to continuously give people arriving directions while she was trying to do her job. She deserves a raise (not sure her name but blonde,very upbeat). The room itself was clean except for food left in the microwave. The AC rattles like crazy and the toilet whines for 5 minutes every flush (903). All in all it was a good stay, I’d return to the meridian itself if they get a front desk staff. Just not with hosteeva.

  : Beds were hard as wood, sofa bed was broke and felt nothing but springs, towel in bathroom dirty, small kitchen, dirty plates, tv didn't work because of cable, Wi-Fi kept going in and out, no breakfast, check in time and out time sucks

  : The location was awesome. The hostess was very accommodating, courteous and prompt to all needs and requests. You have a lifetime customer b/c of your hostess.
  : What was wrong was corrected, so my expectation is that my next stay at your resorts/hotels will be a great experience.

  : The air conditioning is not working and we told customers serves the told us that we didn’t have any solution now and we solve tomorrow It was herbal night for kids the humidity is high All of us had flu case we kept the balcony’s door open all this night It is too bad

  : We paid about $1500 for a 3 night stay… we get in the room and the bathroom light was out. Thankfully, it got fixed. I don’t feel like the facilities were worth what we paid for with the room being so out dated. Room smelt like marijuana the second we walked in and having a small kid that’s no good.. there was no toilet paper in the room and we had to go buy our own. We Really liked the view and the pool but the unit could’ve been better.
