  : The location is wonderful in a quiet area close to grocery, restaurants, attractions and outlet shopping. The unit is spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I loved that there was a king in the Mayer, and 2 full size beds in the end bedroom. The property grounds are pretty and homey.

  : Location to the beach was awesome. The property location was wonderful. For the price of a last minute stay we got a safe place. People in the area and especially the receptionist were a great help. We were located right next to the indoor pool which made it nice for the kids. The screened in decks were a great place to sit any time of day. I would stay at Summer Tree Village again!
  : Our condo was very dated and recliner had a huge hole in the left arm rest. Carpet had dirt spots in several places. Stove in kitchen was very old. But we did not come to spend our time in the condo. We slept there and did cook a bit, mainly breakfast.

  : Easy walk to the beach. Short drive to restaurants.

  : it was clean inside and in a good shaded area with a lot of tall trees, also pool was in very good location, lots of shade, love it.
  : when it was dark (after coming back from dinner) we noticed lots of BIG roaches around property.Management claimed ( well in a paper anyway) that they spray every Tuesday inside of units but I don’t know if they sprayed outside also.
