  : The view was amazing!!! The rooms were soundproof and we never heard our neighbors is awesome!!! The ease of being so close to anything we could possibly want to do with down town being only a few minutes away. Check in was super easy entry code is long but wasn't hard to remember after the first few times. It is a little strange to have to get off one elevator from parking to the one to get to the room but they have a great loading and unloading area with plenty of big carts! The hot tubs were good temperature the bubbles worked perfectly in one the second one the bubbles decided when they wanted to work and the third one didn't work. The pool was too cold to enjoy but that is to be expected when it is Oct. But they looked like fun!! Room was perfect for 2 people but if we had our kids with us it would have been tight.
  : There were some minor inconveniences such as the staff were hit and miss With attitude for info not even related to the room but the area. The tub has a crack in it which was leaking and we notified the owner and the front desk neither of which seemed to care. If you have OCD this is not the room for you the dishes did not match ( not a big deal for some but others it is). The room is need of some TLC such as the walls need the wall paper taken down and repainted and there is no backsplash in the kitchen area. The bed was not great but not terrible either. Onsite restaurant was closed the whole time we were there. Phone was in the room but not hooked up to anything.
