Updated Condo with Pool Access Mins to Surfside Beach

  : It was plenty of room and easily accessible to local restaurants and attractions.
  : The air conditioner didnt work. There were no extra blankets for the pull-out couch or chair. It would be helpful to let people know how the shower works. You have to pull down on the faucet where the water comes out.

  : There was no breakfast included as this was a condo in a development.
  : I did not appreciate that the unit was not cleaned as we waited 3 hours after getting into town on Saturday to go into the property. The listed contact was not available and the mailbox was full. I tried 2 different ways to contact someone with no response. I had already washed all of the bed linen. When they returned the call finally on Monday, they stated they would send someone out immediately to clean. That never happened. Finally, Tuesday evening, I cleaned the unit with the exception of vacuuming. Had I known this was the case, I could have just gone in at 1pm when we arrived on Sat and cleaned the unit and enjoyed the rest of my week!

  : We liked the ponds. The residents whom live at the property are very nice and friendly. Parking was easy. There was plenty of parking spaces available. The condominium we stayed in was great. We had a 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms. It had a television in every room with all channels including music.
  : You have to drive to the beach.
