  : The bed was comfortable.
  : The room above us had two very big dogs (I love dogs and have dogs myself) but you could hear the dogs running back and forth, playing with toys, howling and dragging bones across the floor till 11 or 12 o’clock every night.

  : Both nights i stayed in had no parking so i had to park off to the side. Management never got back to me after reaching out multiple times the first night and then proceeded to tell me my vehicle was at risk of being towed. So the second night i come back to the same problem so i called again and was told to leave a note on my vehicle with my number to call if i was going to be towed! Sad that i couldn’t even enjoy a vacation without having to worry about my vehicle being towed every night! Definitely will never stay here again

  : Only thing good about this hotel is the location. The evening we arrived we were very tired. We took our things inside, went and found food, fished a bit and retired for the night. We showered and fell asleep almost instantly. The next day we had excursions planned so we were gone most of the day. We got back and there were roaches all outside the room on the walkway area and all inside the room. We contacted the 800 number and they said maintenance would give us a call. Hours passed (I do mean hours). Before I knew it, it was 10:30pm so my wife was super uncomfortable and slept in the truck. We shook out all our luggage and also put it back in the truck. I stayed awake waiting for someone to call. Nobody ever called. As I stayed up waiting on the call, I noticed more and more roaches all over the wall and floor and especially in the bathroom. My wife wanted me to join her in the vehicle but my phone service was bad so I had to stay in the room to use the wifi and ensure I could speak to maintenance when they called. They never did. Customer service didn’t follow up to check either. There were so many roaches I was tempted to get on the road and drive home but I live 4 hours away and was dead tired from the excursions earlier that day. I’ve never been in any conditions such as this. It was traumatic to say the least. As much as this hotel cost per night that’s unacceptable. No refund was offered or anything for that nights stay since my wife slept in the car.

  : My room wasn’t ready at 4pm she was still cleaning it and also it was hair everywhere in the bathroom and it had roaches in the room

  : The bathroom was atrocious. Blood on the shower curtain, hair all in the shower. The bathroom floor was also soft, like the floor was not stable.

  : WiFi was slow, couldn’t figure out how to use TV’s. Remotes did not respond other than on off. Need better instructions on use. Since our purpose was a place to sleep, it was a big issue, simply looking for news and weather. Also goose poop everywhere in back

  : The view from our room was lovely. It did meet our needs for the week but I would have preferred a cleaner place and fresh towels. Communicating was via text, there isn't really anyone on site but they responded well. I was a little disappointed when we got there, the room really wasn't what I thought it would be from the pictures and it was on the second floor. I should have called to verify that but it seemed to be on the ground floor, that made it very difficult for our elderly dog but I appreciate that they do allow pets. We had a rainstorm and it leaked in our room thankfully not too severe. I would consider staying again but would probably just get the regular room and I would bring a swiffer mop because the floors are nasty. We thought the apartment style would suit our needs better but I think I would save the money for one of the regular rooms. We were under the impression that there would be a separate living space but the living space was actually in one of the bedrooms and there was not a lot of room to work if you were making your own meals as the "kitchen" area was tiny. The regular rooms actually have a large table, we had a dresser that we moved closer to the sink to use for work space. Like I said, we made it work and honestly am just happy to have been able to get to the beach. This was a little more affordable than the beach house we usually rent. It was acceptable.
  : The cleanliness was not great. The floors were sticky and dirty. I wouldn't dare walk barefoot in there, the baseboards were also pretty dirty. There were no clean towels available, they do not seem to have an onsite person. There is a garage looking facility but most of the time there was no one there. When I sent a text asking for towels they did drop some off for us.
