: Our booking included 3 bedrooms with 5 beds but actually there were only 4 beds The confirmation was for 5 beds . On arrival we were told to pay extra for another bed which we refused. I emailed Napoli Forever who were not helpful .When viewing apartment details on the booking,com site it states 3 bedrooms and 5 beds with photographs to confirm it .Also after complaining that the show head holder was loose and therefore making showering very difficult they confirmed that they would be sending a technician .None arrived and so the problem remailned. I will be seeking financial recompense

: We rented a two bedroom apartment with air-conditioning.. when we got the second bedroom locked and air-conditioning didn't work..no internet..was very late when we arrive in..so no choice but stay

: Very beautiful and spacious 2 level apartment. Situated in the center, many attractions / bars/ restaurants around.
: There is no any coffee/tea in the kitchen. There is no electric kettle, so if you need to make a cup of tea, you should use a casserole to boil water. In every bedroom was an airconditioner/heater, but only 1 remote control, which didn't suit to the other airconditioners. So it wasn't warm (only 17-18*C), fortunately we found additional blankets.

: The flat looks very nice The bed in the main bedroom is comfy.
: The lady that handed the keys doesn't speak English.There are lots of leaflets in the flat informing how much they will charge in case of leaving the lights on(they mention that could come and check at any time they want), or for other things etc Never seen this before.We booked the whole flat but actually got only one bedroom. To use the other bedroom got overcharged. I don't find it fair that we clearly booked a 3-bedroom flat but get to use only one bedroom. The location is good but there is totally no noise insulation. Could hear everything from the neighbors and street. The sheets on the main bed were having lots of dark spots and some dark dust and bits. Took some effort to clean that.
