  : - the residence was nice, tidy & clean - breakfast was sufficient & in the nearby gallery
  : - you had to pay for the elevator each time - since the residence is located in the centre its very loud - the main problem was the electricity: there were 2 blackouts within 2 days - one during the night (~5h), the other one for a whole day; this means no air condition, no working fridge, no electricity for charging the mobile phone + the emergency light in the sleeping room went on and could not be switched off> the room was illuminated for the whole night although the situation wasnt new for Mrs. Nadia, since this problem can occur regularly, her only reaction was its not my fault, I cant do anything about it, thats the way it is understandable, but a more sensitive, helpful reaction and maybe a reduction of the price would have been adequate after 2 days without hardly any sleep & no holiday feeling we checked out and booked another hotel
