  : To have been met at the property as we arrived late and could not get into the building as the instructions Aldo sent me didn't reach my phone. The messages should have been sent earlier to prevent this confusion. However Aldo did his best to rectify things and we had a pleasant stay. As they say ' all is well that ends well'

  : Our stay in Naples was also thanks to our choice of this accommodation great. The locality is convenient for everyone who wants to explore Naples and its surroundings. Close airport bus connection, train station and metro too. The distance to the historical centre is short. The owner was helpful, the communicaton with him was good and efficient. The lady Cinzia serving us at the breakfast was very friendly and kind. Our appartment was spacious and clean. Thanks for everything!
  : The beds are a bit too soft The equipment in the kitchen is rather limited. However, in Naples you have so many dinings possibilities that cooking is really not necessary.

  : We are family, mother and son. We made a reservation through booking.com but we were also disappointed on the street due to the fact that they answered us very late despite our numerous calls, emails we wrote and we had already booked another hotel. After we complained the other day through booking.com and asked for our money back because of their frivolous attitude, they refused to refund us on the grounds that there could have been other customers in our place. It is entirely their fault because we had noted the time of arrival, had written on the email and paid accordingly. I think such an attitude is shameful and humiliating to leave a mother and son at 21:00 in the evening in Naples..I do not recommend it.....

  : Staff were lovely! The lady at the breakfasts and who does the cleaning was so wonderful. Aldo was very accommodating and even upgraded our room to a bigger one. Location was close to Train Station and walking distance to main attractions. Suite was spacious and cleaned daily; nice shower! Breakfasts were nice with croissants, hard boiled eggs, cereals, cakes, coffees, meats, toasts, jams, fresh squeezed orange juice.
  : The gas was empty in the suite, so we couldn't use the stove. Although the location is convenient and we were told it was safe, I would caution travellers to just be mindful when walking through to the main areas and consider doing your site-seeing during the day so you don't walk around there at night. Could use second pillows on the bed. Vinegar smell on towels?

  : The owner Aldo is a very friendly man with excellent English skills. His son is also a super guy. We liked also the wonman serving the good values breakfast and she made also a very precise cleaning. We will be coming back there for sure one day. The rooms are also nice and we get a very large room which fits perfectlty for my wheelcair needs.
