  : Nothing. It was awful.
  : Beware!!! I have stayed in over 20 accommodations through Booking and this is the worst place I have ever stayed in. We originally booked 5 nights but we had to leave after 1 night because the conditions were so poor. Issue #1: The lights in the elevator did not work. My mom had an injured ankle, so it was difficult for her to use the stairs. We explained this to the manager and he did not seem to care. The hallways were dark and the lights barely worked in the stairway. Issue #2: The room did not look the the photos at all. The room was dirty and had a moldy smell. The headboard was filthy and peeling off. Chunks of the headboard debris would fall on the pillows. The sheets were stained and the mattress was not properly covered under the paper thin sheets. The mattress and pillows were also overused and very uncomfortable. Issue #3: We checked in a little after 9pm (paid the late checkin fee and the city tax) and checked out at 9am the next morning because we could not stand the conditions of the room. We spoke to the manager (John Lucca) and explained all of the issues. He offered us another room but the entire property was dilapidated and we were too grossed out to stay there another night. Also, changing rooms would not fix the issue with the broken elevator. Issue 4: John Lucca would not refund us any money. He told us he would speak to Booking but has refused to credit us for the additional 4 nights that we did not stay at the property. He was very argumentative and unreasonable when I messaged him to resolve this issue. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The worst I have ever encountered. He obviously does not care about having satisfied customers and running a reputable property. I would highly suggest not staying here.
