  : The location of the B&B is perfect, also the family room is big enough for 4 people. We loved the co-workers in the B&B but the host was just rude and unprofessional.
  : We really didnt like the agressive and unprofessional vibe of the host. On our last night, we unfortunately left our key with one of our friends who stayed with us but had to go to Rome (which was clearly our fault). We called Simona right away and asked for a copy of the key and told her, that we would send her the key or get it from our friend right away (we even thought about driving to rome and back). Simona immediately started to yell and shout, told us theres no other key and insulted us. Then she just hung up the phone and left us without knowing if we could get into the appartment again. Long story short: our friend missed her train (and lost a lot of money because of it), even though there was in fact a copy of the key and we could have sent her ours right away. We think its very rude and unprofessional to just shout, swear and insult clients, even though we tried to resolve the tricky situation the best we could. Its very impractical and unprofessional that the given contact of the b&b can neither talk or understand english and just starts swearing at her clients. Even later, when we tried to explain the situation in italian, Simona kept beeing rude and agressive. So all in all: good b&b but the host is just an unprofessional, horrible person. (btw we never even saw her, she even let her co-workers apologize for her..)

  : Great location beside Piazza Dante, perfect for exploring Naples Historic centre. Metro Station across road so convenient to get to Herculaneum, or Pompeii, or pretty much anywhere on Naples Public transport system.Owner very friendly and helpful, and lovely breakfast. Room and public areas spotless, free wifi, good air conditioning.
  : A little noisy but that couldnt be helped due to location.

  : - very nice staff although its impossible to communicate without Italian in person - only online. - Very quick replies.- Good location - just above metro station with many bars and restaurants.- very clean. - just above metro and bus 182 from the airport.
  : In general its a nice place and I will recommend it to friends, however, therere a few things I would like to be aware before coming. - Very noisy - you can hear every time someone is coming back from outside.- Take your own shower gel - after one small bottle there wasnt anymore left in b&b.- Takes a few minutes to have hot water. - Horrible internet.- When I arrived i got a room with wardrobe full of stuff. Didnt have any place to unpack.- Only sweet, very limited breakfast.
