  : Rooms were extremly spacious, the apartment had everything you need. Location was also ok. Really close tot the city center. Close to the funiculare (main mode of transportation).
  : The shower had some technical issues. Also, prepare for the stairs.

  : The appartment would have been perfect for us if we wouldn‘t have encountered the problems described below.
  : We felt sorry to realize that all pots and pans were in shabby conditions. There were no wine glasses and kitchen towels eiither, an electrical oven apparently was out of order, two toasters (a toastiera and a grill), stored in the closet were filthy and sticky, the latter was out of order ie. broken. Also, one comforter was not not properly clean. Worst of all: the gas boiler outside on the balcony didn‘t work as smoothly as it should, and there were several fallouts during evening and night times. Although we were able to communicate this problem late at night with a gentle person responsible for the maintenance (definitely a plus!), we later found out that this problem seems to be known, since there was a notice on a general technical instruction sheet: you have to push the reset button. However, it cannot be expected from the guests to push the button over and over again in order to restart the heating or to get hot water for some ten minutes or sometimes even less or not at all until the next morning. – All of these issues could be solved easily - and than we would love to stay there again.
