  : The hotel is super centrally located in the old city centre an is 2 stops by subway away from the central train station. The airport bus stops about 8min walk away.Though the building does not look modern or presentable from the outside, the hotel which situated on the 4th floor is completely renovated and has a modern interior. The electric appliances (aircon, rainbow light in shower, kettle, hairdryer) were all working perfectly. The rooms design was modernand stylish.The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful as well as multilingual.I really enjoyed staying here!

  : Great location especially for those, who want to explore the city (its quite close to most places worth visiting and very close to the metro station). The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and pretty comfortable.
  : If there was a mini fridge in the room to keep our food/drinks cold (especially in the Italian summer) itd be perfect :)

  : Dont be deceived by the outside of the hotel, for a no frills budget hotel, Hotel Nettuno was almost perfect! We had a 3 night stay arriving at 12:30am on our first night. The fact that there was 24 hour lobby was fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect! Central to the historical centre and meters away from the metro to explore the rest of the city.
  : Marked down slightly for the hard bed. Could sleep ok but was like laying on a concrete slab, but the biggest negative for me was the fact that no fridge in the room meant having to drink warm water. Not enough of a problem to stop me staying again but enough to stop a perfect 10!

  : The staff are a gem. The young lady on reception when we arrived was extremely helpful. Explained everything in English and gave us recommendations for where to eat, even showing us a photo of a place on her phone. She marked places on the map and gave us info about the area answering questions;such as luggage storage when checking out, before we needed to ask.All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. As others have said, the room was small, but it definitely suited our needs.We enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace, light but suitable.The location is great for getting places.We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.
  : Nothing to really complain about. The climb up the stairs to the elevator was the only grumble - especially as the bag was heavy. That said, it is not uncommon in these parts of the world, so I accept what it is and would not mark the hotel down for this.
