  : Staff were super friendly and nice, they accept our luggage before check in at reception and brought it to our rooms. It was very helpful Location is great, close to the main square and one of the most interest area with bars, artists and libraries shops
  : Toilet sink were not even touched with cleaning products, they were stains of previous use as you can see at the photos, awfully There is no even one glass plastic or glass in the room

  : Interesting typical Napolitanean setting in huge historical building complex with a friendly doorman. We were moved to a different building, as the original one had drainage problems. There was a rattly old fashioned lift with a metal surround. The rooms go off from a foyer that had staff for most of the day. Noami was very friendly and helpful, able to answer most questions. The location was great, we could walk everywhere from the street outside.The room was great, the bed comfortable. The shower was quite small, which seems normal in Italy. The water that spilled out had nowhere to go (no drain in floor).Overall very happy with this City stay.
