  : It was close to port and shuttle bus from airport stops across the road of the apartment. Back to airport, the shuttle bus is across the road. The apartment is spacious and has a nice big window with the view of the port.
  : Only that no TV stations in English language on TV.

  : A nice place to stay especially if you are taking a ferry ride from Naples. The room is nice and big. The staff and bed were good. The hotel is just across the ferry terminal. There is a nice view of a historical Fort opposite the hotel. Metro station is close by to walk to. We took a ferry ride to Capri in the morning and train to Rome in the evenining to this was a perfect location for us. The hotel held the luggage till the evening. Downstrais we found an Indian restaurant in the same building which had good food. Our ferry to Positano was cancelled so we took the ferry to Capri. It was turned out to be a good decision. Capri is very beautiful too. If you visit, go to the top and visit one one the historical villas. Spectacular views all around. As with many hotels in Italy the hotel is one of the tenants in a big historical building. The address will take you to the main gate of the building and then you need to call the front desk to get inside. Make sure you can use your phone/whatsapp to call. I tried using the intercom at the gate but it didn't work.

  : Comfortable beds and big rooms.. bonus was the surprise access to the rooftop terrace and seeing the sunrise over Napoli! Staff very friendly and went with us to the accommodation as it was about 5minutes walk from reception.
  : Not so much a complaint, more of a comment.. the showers were a bit of a squeeze for plus sizes.

  : It was very hard to find the property. No signage & even with Google maps we couldnt tell when we were there.

  : Upon arrival there was no sign indicating the Resort. When we arrived in the room there were not all the basic accessories such as the carpet in the bathroom. The mattress was missing in the child's bed. The next day we returned to the room with the baby at 12.30 to let him sleep and the cleaning hadn't been done, the lady changed our towels saying she would come later to clean the room but in fact they didn't do it anymore. For a luxury resort, especially when you pay 220 per night, you expect impeccable service and instead it was a real disaster. I'm really angry about how it went
