  : Apple Annie's was a great stay in the end, good value for money and a surprisingly comfortable stay with my friend (we had a 2 queen bed room). As expected, the room didn't have all that much, but it definitely had all of the bare necesssities covered. It was clean, there was a shower, nice beds, a coffee machine, a TV, a fridge, a table etc. Overall solid stay in a good location (10 minutes away from broadway) for a budget price. Would stay again in the future
  : The wifi was the main letdown, it was pretty slow and sometimes just didn't seem to work. Otherwise though it was great

  : Location was a bit sketchy but by far, surprisingly one of the most comfortable places. Bed and pillows perfect for me!
  : The area in general, but it was quiet and not as bad at the location as the surrounding area looked en route to the site.

  : The bed was cozy and the place was better than most basic motels. Vinyl hardwood floors and a good table & chairs. The staff were present and responsive. Easy parking by your room and they have an excellent security camera system. I was only there to sleep and shower so it suited my needs just fine.
  : The room cleaning isn't very thorough, though the bed seemed fine. I used a blow dryer on my hair and dust from the ages blew off the top of the bathroom mirror. The edges and corners of all the floors prob haven't been scrubbed in forever. The shower water didn't ever get past mostly warm. It still seems crazy to pay over $100/night for a place that should be no more than $60 but I guess everything is just more $$ these days.
