: the fenced in yard was great for our dogs and the location was near several good places to order food.
: when we arrived and went to let the dogs our in the backyard, there were so many leaves on the deck outside that our two small dogs almost got lost in them. my grandson cleaned them off so we could sit outside on the deck but every time we came into the house, so did leaves. about the 3rd day, someone came and chopped thm up with a mower and blew them away from the house. made a big difference.

: It was not clean! The floors filthy and spider webs in plain site! Mold around vent fan in bathroom! I could name more but you get my point!

: The location was close to a park as well as other family that we were visiting. The layout worked for our gettogethers and having a fenced yard was great since we brought our dogs. It was easy to get in and out of the house using the code. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus and furnishings were nice. The open concept was great when we were all together.
: For some reason the trash bin outside was already full and there were 6 other bags of trash around it. When it came to check out time, we had no other place to put our trash but on top of it. The floors had barely been swept and definitely was not mopped. We had to clean the floors because it was so dirty. The rest of the house seemed clean and ready. The disposal is broken and using the dishwasher would back it up into the sink that had the disposal in it.
