  : It was close to the hospital and a few staff members were nice.
  : First, we didn't receive the discount that's given to families that have someone in the hospital. Angela said that we had to mark it online when booking, somehow. How were we supposed to know that? We had someone in the hospital near death, and on top of that, we are from another state. The website Booking said nothing about a discount. The only reason I knew to ask was because the hospital told me to. Mind you, we hadn't paid yet. How hard would it be to give the discount? Then they placed us in a room with a broken t.v, and they were kind enough to move us immediately to another room. The hotel hallways have a terrible smell and just feel dirty. The room itself was okay. It looked clean, and it was comfortable, but they had extremely thin walls. The people upstairs were stomping around and would wake us up late at night or early in the morning. The last night in the hotel, I woke up at 2:40 in the morning because a crazy woman was screaming in the hallway for at least 5 minutes. It is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Obviously, the customers' actions are not your fault, but they add negatives to our stay.
