  : The location was great; it was really close to the airport.
  : The air didn’t work well in our room so it was a terrible night of sleep. We were only there for a few hours before we had to leave so we just dealt with it. But definitely not ideal.

  : Rooms very nice. Beds very comfortable. Great decor.
  : It’s not that we didn’t like the property we just had to get a few things in our room corrected. The a/c in our room was not working correctly, the shower was scalding hot and would give no cold water, like the valve was stuck. The faucet was not bolted to the sink correctly so it was moving all around. We were leaving to eat dinner so we stopped by the front desk. They had someone go up to the room while we were gone to check things out. When came back from dinner the shower was still scalding and would not kick in to cold. The faucet was bolted to the counter so that was fixed. The a/c was still not working correctly. We had an early flight the next morning and wanted to get a good night sleep so we switched rooms that had an a/c system that was working correctly. Do not sleep well when hot!Other than those few hiccups it was fine. Close to the airport as we needed.

  : Staff at front desk were great when we got there. AC worked great. Only 2 things I have for you.
  : tried for 2 days prior to trip to contact hotel only to be put on hold, pick up/put back on hold, pick up./hang up; gobs of hair in the pool, no towels any time we went to pool, off elevator and into a sauna on our floor, walls in room looked like was just painted drywall; very rough. I have never stayed in a Hilton that was in this terrible state before. I was pretty disgusted. AND my card was charged double because of how Booking had the price (per hotel) and I have yet to get my money back in my account yet. Seriously!

  : The front desk Agent Brandon was wonderful! He took good care of us even with the chaos with the parking gate. He also gave us great recommendations for activities and places to eat. He has wonderful customer service! Keep him!

  : The staff kept my parents and other family waiting in the lobby for hours and did not honor the request we gave for low floor options and early check due to my graduation. We were late and my parents didn’t even Ben get to shower before going. This ruined my night

  : Location was good. Beds were comfortable.
  : Room was not stocked with needed supplies upon arrival. Bar server acted irritated to wait on us due to the fact that they were closing within the next 20 minutes, even though it was advertised that they stayed open until 11 but it wasn't even 10:00. No bar menus. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned, although we requested it by going to the front desk and later talked to the front desk manager and he assured us that our room would be cleaned after 5:00 pm when we left for an event. He also promised to bring us washcloths and hand towels because he said that they didn't have any clean. Never got those either. Front desk never answered the phone as well as housekeeping never answered the phone. The front desk manager did comp us one night but still did not follow through with his promise to get our room cleaned. Our shower leaked, they did come and recaulk on day 3, that is why we needed clean towels as we had to wipe up all the water off the floor. The last evening when we left the trash cans at the entrance to the hotel were overflowing with trash. The next morning when we departed, the trash cans were still overflowing as the night before. Disgusting. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. What an insult to the Hilton brand.
